Have reported this many times over last 4 years. Software freezes and crashes quite regularly. Have requested this be upgraded many times in the last 4 years but have heard nothing back. Why not just look at TradeZero or LightSpeed and see how they implement hotkeys and then do the same. When they hit that key they want to enter/exit positions immediately. I can't even figure out how the current hotkeys benefit anyone. Hotkey functionality is effectively useless. Eventually alerts will freeze the software and force you to restart IQEdge The more workspaces that are open the less reliable alerts become. More than 4 workspaces and software lags even on a super computer. Since it's coded in QT Framework (a cross platform framework) that means the software suffers from the same issues on both PC and Mac as listed below. Here is what is wrong with IQEdge software.
